To paraphrase Aladdin and Jasmine, it’s a whole new year – and we all know what that means: Netflix is kicking January off in style with a veritable buffet of films and TV shows to get stuck into.

First up, there’s the much-anticipated second season of Ginny & Georgia (basically a darker and more intense Gilmore Girls), as well as a neon-drenched Nordic noi r unlike anything we’ve seen before.

We’ve also got Pamela Anderson’s emotionally charged documentary, Pamela, A Love Story, as well as Christian Bale and Gillian Anderson’s star-studded gothic horror film, The Pale Blue Eye.

And let’s not forget that teen ghost-hunting series Lockwood & Co will be dropping in January, too.
