After receiving your order we will firstly check that we have all the information we need (see below) and if not ask you for it.

The Phone Case, Wallet, Purse or Card Holder will then be Hot Foil Embossed using traditional techniques.

The information we need includes:

* What colour of case or wallet you would like
* Which Text you require for the personalisation: Initials, Name or Greetings- up to 15 characters including spaces.
* The Location where you would like us to place the text: on the front, middle or back.
* Which Colour of Text: Natural Embossing (no colour, just the leather), Black, Silver or Gold.

Firstly please do double check that you have ordered the correct case for your phone before ordering.

We get lots and lots of customers making this mistake so don't worry- you are not alone.

If your new smartphone case doesn’t fit your phone for whatever reason we will happily swap the one you’ve ordered for the one you really need at no extra expense and little delay. All you need to do is ask.

Genuine Leather is a natural material – after all that is one of its great attractions.

Some of the card slots on the smaller smartphone models- i.e. the iPhone SE 5 5S cases– are tight.

Please be reassured that with (initially gentle) use, the leather will adapt and mould itself around the cards.

This process usually only takes a few days.

After 10 years of selling smartphone cases we realised years ago that having the tab close on the front of the case can both Corrupt Credit and ID Cards and places the tab into the eye of right handed users.

Our “reversed” tab therefore avoids these issues and makes your phone easier to use.

There are therefore sound reasons for our design decision and are confident that after a few days of use you will come round to our way of thinking as well.

Our rigid, colour matched phone holders are not designed to have their corners bent backwards regularly because the holder is rigid and will break with regular bending.

This was a design decision we made since we believe that the primary convention of a case is to protect your smartphone.

If you do need to remove the phone from its case, please use a ruler or other similarly thin tool to gently prise the top-right corner free NOT the relatively unsupported “single pillar” top left corner.

If your phone case holder does break, just tell us and we'll get you a replacement.
