Join us for Strong Women’s 5-week Squat Challenge

Starting 27 April, expert trainer Dottie Fildes will be hosting a five-week squat challenge at the Strong Women Training Club. From building lower body and core strength, to improving mobility and stability, the benefits of squats are endless but they all depend on form.

This series is designed to guide you towards mastering the perfect squat. You’ll need to pay attention to the tips on form and control to make it through the final challenge in week five: 50 squats in a row.

Suitable for all levels, the challenge can be completed with your choice of weights or using bodyweight only. Each session will last 40 minutes and a new class will be released every Wednesday morning. Don’t worry if you can’t join from the start, all our classes are available on-demand for you to complete in your own time.
