Never sure on the correct way to do a push up? Always wished you could do five full push ups in a row? Starting 4 January 2022, Strong Women Training Club’s Janine George will be releasing a series of eight classes (two per week throughout the month) that will guide you in mastering the perfect push up.
Suitable for beginners, the sessions will last between 30 to 40 minutes and have been curated to specifically focus on technique and form. If you’re already a push up pro, don’t worry, you’re still welcome to get involved! For those who can’t join from 4 January, the challenge will be available on-demand at the training club for you to complete in your own time.
