Since launching her sought-after label Ivy Park in 2016, Beyoncé has been shaking up the athleisure world one well-crafted pair of leggings at a time. Now, the megastar is branching out into swimwear. Part of Ivy Park’s running collaboration with Adidas, the new size-inclusive Flex Park collection – dropping today at 11am – is steeped in 80s references, with sleek high-leg swimsuits and sporty bikinis finished with Adidas’ signature three stripes.
“The sad truth is that bodies like mine – and possibly yours – are rarely reflected in swimwear campaign imagery,” says Stylist’s digital fashion writer Naomi May. “So it feels like a breath of fresh air for Flex Park – which includes sizes XS to 4XL – to shoot its tangerine-toned wares on a similarly expansive range of bodies, including body positive influencer Tabria Majors and beauty entrepreneur Kristen Noel Crawley.” The collection isn’t limited to swimwear: you can also expect bucket hats, sliders, beach cover-ups and more. “My personal favourites are the zingy mesh dress, eeny-weeny orange bikini and highlighter-hued sheer shirt,” says Naomi. If your UK holiday wardrobe could do with an injection of Beyoncé-style flair, this is where to find it. From £25, adidas.com
